Seagull White Sand Beach Resort is among the many mid-end beach resorts that line-up the white sand stretch along a grayish to black sand shoreline of Punta Dumalag, Matina Aplaya, Davao City. Seagull was once voted one of the Top-5 beaches in Davao City. The Resort has a restaurant that serves daily an array of delectable grilled meat, fresh seafood and delightful beverages and refreshments. Guests are allowed to bring their own food at the Resort.

| A-House |
A-House is a two-storey unit located at the beach front which has a private balcony and a sunbathing area that opens to the sea. Each of these units is air-conditioned with private toilet and bath. The second floor is furnished with one double bed plus one single bed, and a semi-double bed at the ground floor.
