Legaspi Suites Davao is a stylish 20-room boutique hotel housed in an old but beautifully restored ancestral house built in 1938, and remodeled in modern style to create a cozy environment with all the comforts and conveniences of home, leisure and business travelers will surely enjoy at very affordable rates.

This 4-storey landmark beauty is situated right in the center of Davao City's business and entertainment district, and features a U-shaped courtyard which houses a restaurant café, a bar, a health spa, a wine cellar, and various offices and service shops.

The Lobby

The hotel lobby features simple furnishings of a gray tufted sofa, and a large Venetian mirror set against a freshly painted white walls.

There are three types of accommodations: Premiere, Deluxe, and Suite each of which is uniquely designed and decorated with different curtains and runner fabrics, sofas, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and wall stencils, and is spacious, with ample space to accommodate extra beds for additional guests.

Premier Superior Room

Premier Superior Room is furnished with a Queen-size bed, a mini refrigerator, an LCD cable television, with Wi-Fi Internet access, and has a private toilet and bath with hot and cold showers.

Deluxe Room

Deluxe Room is furnished with a Queen-size bed for single or double occupancy, an LCD cable television, with Wi-Fi Internet access, and has a private toilet and bath with hot and cold showers.

Suite Room

Suite Room is furnished with a Queen-size bed and two double-size beds, good for four to five guests, an LCD cable television, with Wi-Fi Internet access, and has a private toilet and bath with hot and cold showers.

Stay in the hotel includes a complimentary breakfast served at Kusina Selera from 7 AM to 10 AM. Check-in time is at 2 PM, and Check-out time is at 12 noon.

The hotel is located along P. Pelayo Street (formerly Legaspi Street), in downtown Davao City, about 25 minutes away from the Davao International Airport and is easily accessible by private or public transportation.
